Driving to LAX may take longer than anticipated, especially at peak hours of the day, such as rush hour. If possible, scheduling a flight around rush hours may be the best way to ensure you make it to the airport. Also, plan your route so you know which LAX parking lot is closest to your terminal.

From Downtown

The downtown core of Los Angeles includes the sub districts of South Park, the Fashion District, Wholesale District/Skid Row, the Historic Core, New Downtown, and the Civic Center/Little Tokyo. You want to get on the CA-110 going toward Harbor Freeway South. The CA-110 South becomes the Interstate-110 South. You travel for 9 miles on this road, then merge onto North Sepulveda Boulevard (CA-1 N) towards LAX. 1.2 miles up the road you do a U-turn at West Century Boulevard onto South Sepulveda Boulevard (CA-1 S). Take the Century Boulevard ramp and keep left at the first fork, and keep right at the second fork. Turn right onto World Way South and go into LAX parking.

From Hollywood

Take the US-101 South 4.5 miles to the CA-110 North (or Pasadena/I-110 South). Exit 3B toward San Pedro and merge onto the CA-110 South. This changes to the I-110 South. Merge onto the I-105 West towards L.A. airport. Merge onto North Sepulveda Boulevard (CA-1 N) towards LAX. 1.2 miles up the road you do a U-turn at West Century Boulevard onto South Sepulveda Boulevard (CA-1 S). Take the Century Boulevard ramp and keep left at the first fork, and keep right at the second fork. Turn right onto World Way South and go into LAX parking.

From Beverly Hills

Merge onto the I-405 South via the ramp on the left. Take the H. Hughes Parkway Exit (49A) toward Sepulveda Boulevard. Turn right on Howard Hughes Parkway. Turn left onto South Sepulveda Boulevard. Take the Century Boulevard ramp and keep left at the first fork, and keep right at the second fork. Turn right onto World Way South and go into LAX parking.

From the East End

Take the I-10 toward Los Angeles. The I-10 becomes the US-101. Take the CA-110 (Pasadena Freeway) Grand Avenue exit toward Pasadena. Merge onto CA-110 via the exit on the left toward the I-110.
