Montana Avenue (Santa Monica)

What is a great place to see celebrities? Park your car at the LAX parking lot and visit the charming Montana Avenue. This tree lined street is filled with 150 chic, upscale shops that range from furniture to fashions. As you stroll down this 10 block stretch, you will also discover a wide range of restaurants and cafes.

Hollywood Walk of Fame

The Walk of Fame's star studded sidewalks stretch for 18 blocks (east west) along both sides of Hollywood Boulevard from Gower St. to La Brea Ave. As you head over to the Walk of Fame from the LAX parking lot, you are probably wondering who you will find there! Among the many celebrities awarded stars in 2005, you will find names such as Charlize Theron, Antonio Banderas and Jullian Moore awarded for the contributions to the movie industry. For the television industry you will find names such as Wayne Rogers, James Doohan and Susan Lucci. Names in musical recordings include Billy Joel, Rod Stewart and Al Green. Some celebrities who will be getting new stars in 2006 include Annette Gening, Vanna White, Steve Martin. Located on 8490 Beverly Boulevard, this average corner chain drugstore is anything but ordinary! This is in fact a well known spot in LA to see celebrities as they go buy their drugstore-brand cosmetics! Keep your eyes peeled, you might just see frequent celebrity customers such as Drew Barrymore, Sarah Michelle Geller, and Courtney Love!

The Sky Bar

(8440 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood)
Located inside the beautiful Mondrian Hotel, this place was created by Randy Gerber, the husband of supermodel Cindy Crawford! Known to be the hottest nightspot in town, the Sky Bar has long been popular with the rockers such as the Smashing Pumpkins, Guns and Roses and The Who!

The Viper Room

(8852 Sunset Boulevard, California)
This hot spot has been a favorite amongst young celebrities way before River Phoenix ("Stand By Me") died here of a drug overdose on Halloween night in 1993. Did you know that Tommy Lee (of Motley Crue) was convicted of Battery after pushing over a photographer in this club in 1996? The photographer was apparently trying to videotape him and his wife outside the club! Recently the Billy Corgan from the Smashing Pumpkins did a solo concert here.

Other nightclubs you should visit include Union (8210 Sunset Boulevard), and El Floridina (1253 N. Vine Street, Hollywood).

The Ivy

(113 N. Robertson Boulevard, LA, California)
This restaurant is one of Los Angeles' leading celebrity hangout! If you happen to be here, look out for Demi Moore - it's her favorite restaurant! Often paparazzi camp out across the street hoping to photograph famous people. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted at The Ivy in September 2003 after postponing their wedding! The paparazzi took a lot of pictures that day! A scene from the movie "The Bodyguard" (starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston) was filmed here.

Mr Chow

(334 N. Camden Drive, Beverly Hills, California)
This restaurant has been serving tasty Chinese food since 1974! With its delicious dishes such as the crispy duck with pancakes and hoi sin sauce, celebrities such as Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins have dined here!

Jerry's Famous Deli

(8701 Beverly Boulevard, LA, California)
With the many Hollywood movie and TV studios located near by, this delicious sandwich and pizza place was a popular lunch spot for many celebrities! Nearby, you will find the CBS studio center (where Seinfeld was taped), the NBC, Disney, Warner Bros. and Universal Studios! Believe it or not, Jerry Seinfeld also lives around the area and is a regular customer! Other celebrities seen at this deli include Halle Berry, Renee Zellweger and many more!

Other places to check out include Morton's (8764 Melrose Ave.), and Spago (North Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood).
